An Artistic Tumblog

This is a webcomic I discovered pretty recently, after happening upon the artist’s deviantART gallery. Random browsing and all that, yaknow. I liked her style, thought I’d check out the comic when I got the time: it’s not long started, but there’s plenty there to read, and it’s FANTASTIC. Plenty of story to keep you entertained (if you’re interested in the paranormal views on things, like zombies and vampires); it starts off pretty humorous too, and I think that there’ll still be plenty of that included, but there’s a good amount of seriousness to it too. The art style itself is fantastic, it has much unique lettering, and some of the panelling is outstandingly creative.

So if you like your zombies and your worlds of darkness, mixed in with awesome art and a good bit of humour, this may be the comic for you. :)

Yes, yes. It’s probably been around the Internet a million times already but that doesn’t stop her work from being pretty awesome. Hyperrealism mixed with photography in a particularly innate way (at least, IMHO). Kind of Jenny Saville-esque, just in a slightly less grotesque way.

An artist worth checking out.
